Bryant Blueberry Smoothie

Combine Until Smooth in Blender or Food Processor
1/2 cup juice or water (orange, peach, pineapple, mango or apple juice may be used)
1 cup Bryant Blueberries
1/2 sliced banana
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

Process until Smooth

approximately 1 minute.
Add more liquid if needed, to achieve desired consistency.

Optional Additions

To increase protein:
1-2 Tbsp soy or egg protein powder

To increase calcium:
1/3 cup dry non-fat milk
or replace juice or water with non-fat dairy or soy milk

To increase vitamins:
Vitamin powder according to manufacturer’s recommendation
